Bishop Gideon Yoofi Titi-Ofei presides over a a conglomerate of top flight educational and training institutions known as the TITI-OFEI GROUP and a multifaceted Christian ministry known as TITI-OFEI MINISTRIES. The TITI-OFEI GROUP comprises Accra Business School, International Organization for Capacity Building (IOCB), Boardroom Institute, Ghana Institute of Certified Managers and the African Diplomatic Policy Institute, Right to Lead and the Leadership TV whiles the TITI-OFEI MINISTRIES comprises Pleasant Place Churches, Pastors Mentoring Pastors, Pastors’ Academy and Rural Pastor Capacity Building Project. He holds a masters degree in Governance and Leadership.
Bishop Titi-Ofei served as a member of the National Peace Council board for a period of 4 years and currently serves as the General Secretary of the National Association of Charismatic and Christian Churches (NACCC), a parasol body for the charismatic churches in Ghana and presides over the Pleasant Place Churches worldwide.

Reverend Randy is the founder and general overseer of Grace Citadel Church, a vibrant Christ-
centered charismatic and evangelistic church whose headquarters is located on the beautiful ridge

Randy oversaw a growing indigenous media, Publishing and advertising business empire with

Randy is also the board chairman and founder Of HillCity Properties. A property development and
Randy is an alumnus Of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, and has
been awarded an honorary doctorate degree from International Christian University. He is married
to Lois Osae Bediako, a life-style soul winner, Lawyer, Chief Executive Officer of HillCity Properties
and Citadel Mission schools. They are blessed with two daughters, Loran and RanEL.
Lectured at the National Film and Television Institute NAFTI for 14 years and was head of the Animation Programme until April 2008. A graduate of the National Film and Television Institute and Bournemouth University, UK was a member of the Pedagogical Committee of Animated Africa, an East and South African Regional UNESCO Animation project, Kenya. Organized an animation and digital media workshop at Fourah Bay College, Sierra Leone.
Currently the president of the Animators Association of Ghana.
A graduate of the National Film and Television Institute (NAFTI) and Ghana - India Kofi Annan Centre of Excellence in ICT, (AITI-KACE) lectured at the National Film and Television Institute NAFTI for 2 years, was a member of the Graphic Design Team for Presidential Special Initiative (PSI) on Distance Learning in 2009, a workshop coordinator for the Africa Animation Film Festivals in University of Education, Winneba, Kumasi Science and Technology (KNUST) and Tamale Polytechnic, and currently the General Secretary of the Animators Association of Ghana.
Bernard has a total of over ten years working experience in the following areas; Education, Banking, Sales and marketing and Insurance Financial Advising.
Bernard is currently the General Manager of King Solomon’s Group, supervising the day to day operations of the company and offering advisory services across the hierarchies of the group.
He is also a Bancassurance Sales Manager of Old Mutual Life Assurance Company, Ghana limited where he supervises the sale of life assurance products in twenty-two (22) Ecobank Ghana branches outside Accra (Northern Cluster).
Bernard is a graduate of University Of Ghana where he graduated with Master of Business Administration, marketing.
He is married to Jennifer Waponde a mathematician and an educationist.
Kaycey is a serial entrepreneur; he is currently the President and founder of King Solomonâ€™s
Group: A chain of companies that comprise of Utility Centre Ltd (a plug-and-play remittance,
Money Lending and Financial Services Provider), King Solomonâ€™s Chariots (an ultramodern
transport line), King Solomonâ€™s Properties Ltd, and King Solomonâ€™s Hotels Ltd.
Kaycey is a very devoted Christian; he spends his weekends in service to God at The Pleasant
Place Church Intâ€™l as a ministry team member and a protocol officer to Bishop Gideon Titi-Ofei.
He is also the secretary of Menâ€™s Fellowship of Pleasant Place Church, and an award-winning
life member at Royal Chapter of Full Gospel Businessmenâ€™s Fellowship International
(FGBMFI); an International Christian Fellowship of business men and women. He is serving
currently as the Membership Director of Royal Chapter of FGMBMFI. Kaycey is also the patron
of Nigeria students association Ghana. He has won several awards and recognitions for
humanitarian services and financial support to the Nigerian Community. Due to Kayceyâ€™s
dynamic, results-oriented leadership with a strong track record of performance in turning around
organizations and driving organizational improvements and implementation of best practices, he
has been elected as the President of Nigerians in Diaspora Organisation (NIDO), with the title of
